The main shower room has a spacious shower with a sink and toilet. The second en-suite bathroom hosts a large bath, sink and toilet. There is also a spacious utility room at the back of the garage.

A utility room is located in the garage, ideal for storing paddle boards, bikes, wet suits etc. A tumble dryer is also located in here and a washing machine located inside the bungalow. 

There is plenty of outside garden space, with seating for dining and catching the sun. The property also has a BBQ and outdoor games.

4 mins walking distance to the beach and all local amenities across a public footpath. There are several restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance.
