There is a shower room with sink and toilet, a second en-suite bathroom, and an external utility room and toilet.

Access is via a private road with no passing traffic, with plenty of parking in the large driveway. There is a footpath across fields to the Trearddur Bay Hotel and beach. This is a secluded area of Trearddur Bay, but everything is conveniently within walking distance.
